Seven services. One team accountable from scope to aftercare.
The engineers who scope your system are the ones who build it, connect it and keep it running.
Your existing systems are the specification.
Every spreadsheet, macro and workaround records how the business actually runs. We read them first, then rebuild from them.
-
Rebuild before replace
Where a system still carries the truth of the business, we keep it and make it reliable. Replacement is a last resort, not a starting point.
-
Complete or not shipped
Every unit we deliver works end to end, tested with real data. Nothing is handed over half-connected.
-
Automation where it is measurable
We automate repetitive, measurable work on systems you already run, and agree the measure before we start.
-
You own everything
Code, credentials and documentation transfer to you at handover. No lock-in, no hostage code.
Businesses do not buy software. They buy the moment they no longer have to worry about their systems.
What every Kaitomic engagement is measured against
Four stages, each agreed in writing.
Before any work begins, you know what is being built, how it is accepted and who owns it.
-
We review what you run today and return a written scope with a fixed quote. Nothing is built before you sign.
Written scope and fixed quote
-
Delivered in complete working units. Each one is demonstrated with your data and accepted before the next begins.
Accepted working units
-
Source code, credentials and documentation transfer to you, checked against the same list for every client.
Signed handover checklist
-
Optional. Monitoring, fixes and updates by agreement, from the engineers who built the system.
Care agreement, by choice
What you hold at the end of every engagement.
The same checklist for every client, without exceptions. Your team, or any engineer you choose, can take it from here.
- Source code in a repository you own
- All credentials and admin accounts transferred to you
- Hosting, domains and subscriptions in your name
- Architecture overview and data map
- Runbook: operate, back up, restore and redeploy
- Known issues and recommended next steps
- Your sign-off
Written down before you have to ask.
For operations, finance and procurement teams reviewing a new supplier: what we commit to on paper, and how we handle access to your systems and data.
Written scope and fixed quote
Deliverables, schedule, acceptance and commercial terms agreed before work starts. Changes need your written approval.
Service agreement
Every scope is accompanied by a written agreement covering ownership, warranty, liability and governing law.
Handover pack
Source, credentials, architecture overview, data map and runbook, signed off at the end of every engagement.
Response targets
Enquiries answered within one working day. Care response targets are set out in each care agreement.

Questions buyers ask first
What does Kaitomic do?
Kaitomic rebuilds and integrates business systems for Hong Kong companies, then keeps them running under long-term technical care.
Which services do you offer?
Seven: custom web and mobile applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP), office automation and digital workflows, UX/UI design, system integration, long-term maintenance and technical support, and automation on existing systems.
How are projects priced?
Every project is quoted after scope. You receive a written scope and fixed quote before any build begins, and any change needs your written approval.
Who owns the delivered system?
You do. Source code, credentials and documentation are handed over in full at the end of every engagement. There is no lock-in.
What happens after launch?
Ongoing care is optional and set out in a care agreement: monitoring, fixes and updates, with Cloud and DevOps work where your stack needs it.
